    The primary responsibility of this position is to lead, develop and create connections with managers and team members in alignment with the company’s vision, objectives and desired results, for a specific region, concept(s), or outlined units. This position promotes the initiatives of the company through efficient allocation and use of company resources. Providing oversight and validation of company goals, results, processes, procedures and standards by the General Manager in assigned area.


    Specific Job Duties

    • Communicates the vision of the company to store leaders and aligns store priorities with the goals of the company. 
    • Coaches leaders on efficient and successful practices at the store level to achieve company initiatives. 
    • Rewards and recognizes the appropriate behaviors of store leaders. 
    • Conducts and completes reviews with store General Managers (GM) and approves reviews conducted by GM for other store leaders and hourly team members.
    • Motivates leaders to achieve results. 
    • Speaks and understands company culture and acts as an ambassador to identify the right behaviors that align with company values. 
    • Provides guidance to GMs on how to handle employee conflicts successfully with the best outcome. 
    • Clearly communicates and documents store leadership career plans, development, and steps to promotions. 
    • Conducts company jam sessions to promote alignment with leaders. 
    • Guides or delivers documentation and communication of behavioral issues with store leadership. 
    • Promotes a work environment free of discrimination and harassment and immediately communicates any concerns or issues to Human Resources.
    • Promotes and ensures safe conditions in each work location by following company process and procedures. Immediately corrects any potential risks.
    • Communicates with Facilities department to determine appropriate workflow. 
    • Works with store leaders to identify and solve areas of opportunity on the profit and loss statement. 
    • Analyzes data from various systems to identify trends and areas that may need an action plan. 
    • Ensures accurate inventory and invoice reporting. 
    • Reviews guest satisfaction feedback and ensures the store leadership is meeting the metrics of hospitality required. 
    • Ensures leadership promotes and enables a work environment that aligns with the mission of the company to make people feel good. 
    • Helps guide store leadership to provide philanthropy within the community. 
    • Builds and maintains positive key relationships with vendors. 
    • Immediate follow up to guest complaints and incidents within a 24 hour time period. 
    • Maintains the company facilities standards at each facility with repairs, cleanliness, and equipment. 
    • Performs interviews with potential leadership candidates when requested. 
    • Performs store audits as assigned. 
    • Ensures store locations are meeting company sanitation standards scores with Everclean and the Health Department. 
    • Regularly checks HotSchedules notes and follows up on communication when needed. 
    • Ensures store responses to action required items from company Department heads. 
    • Ensures the company recruitment processes and systems are being used and staffing levels are appropriate to store volumes. 
    • Verifies that orientation and onboarding of all team members is completed and followed according to company standards. 
    • Ensures each store is staffed with Certified trainers and the training program is being utilized and followed. 

    Experience and Education

    • The position requires 5 year of multi-unit restaurant Regional Manager experience or 3-5 years of General Manager experience with positive financial results. Internal candidates must be in good standing and free of performance issues within a 1-year time period. Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred. 
    • Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications required.
